Step 1 The Basics

In the initial meeting we'll discuss the style and story you want to tell for the video segments and then come up with some possible locations. If you're choosing the full DVD invitation package , we'll review a selection of tri-folder patterns, paper & envelopes that you can mix & match to complete the DVD Wedding Invitation package. We'll compile a list of assets we will need from you for the various DVD chapters (i.e. wedding party photos, hotel recommendations etc.)

Step 2 Video Taping

We like to set aside 2 hrs for the video taping. There is not charge if we go over. Don't worry - there is no right or wrong way to do this. We'll just have a converstion about how you met or when you "just knew" or whatever story you want to tell. That's it! No pressure. We'll take the video and edit into your story for approval. If you are taping the video on your own to send to us we will help with a list of questions and suggestions.

Photos and other information on your asset list should be submitted at this time. As well as your selection of tri-folder, paper, envelopes and text for the invitation.

Step 3 First Review

You'll review a "rough cut" of the video as well as photo montages. You will then have the opportunity to provide feedback and identify any changes you want to incorporate into the final draft.

Step 4 Final Review

You will be sent the "final edit" of the DVD invitation along with paper invitation package as a final product. At this time you will review and confirm that every detail is correct: the layout, typestyle, spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Once it is approved and signed off by you, production will begin on the DVD invitations. Any further changes will be charged on time and materials.

Step 5 Ready to Go!

Your DVD Wedding Invitations will be ready for pick up or delivery within 2-3 weeks.
